How This Website Uses Cookies

1. No Analytics or Marketing Cookies

This website does not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking or marketing cookies. We don't currently track your browsing activity across this site or other websites.

2. My Garage Sign-In

If you create a My Garage account, we keep you signed in using your browser's local storage, not a cookie. Specifically, our sign-in system (Supabase Auth) stores your session under a key named sb-<project-ref>-auth-token. This works the same way as a cookie in the sense that it lets the site recognise you while you're signed in, but it is only ever readable by this website. It lasts for your signed-in session and is renewed automatically while you keep using My Garage; it is cleared when you sign out, and also if you reset your device's site storage.

The same applies to the Podium staff sign-in area (LOS), which uses the identical mechanism to keep a signed-in staff member recognised.

3. Third-Party Code Used by My Garage and Staff Sign-In

The My Garage and staff sign-in pages load our sign-in software library (Supabase's official "supabase-js" code) from a third-party code delivery service, jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net), rather than from our own server. This means your browser makes a request to jsDelivr when those pages load, which lets jsDelivr see that a request was made (as with any website resource request) - it is not used by us for tracking, and we don't receive any tracking data back from it. No other page on this site loads anything from jsDelivr.

4. Booking and Enquiry Forms

When you submit a booking or enquiry form, it is processed by our third-party form provider, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). That provider may set its own cookies as part of handling the submission - this is outside our direct control. See FormSubmit's own policies for details of how they handle data.

5. Essential Technical Storage

Beyond the sign-in storage described above, this site does not set any other cookies or local storage for preferences, tracking or advertising. If that changes in future (for example, if we introduce analytics), we will update this notice and add cookie controls at that point.

6. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Since this site does not rely on non-essential cookies, doing so will not affect your ability to browse the site - only signing out of My Garage will clear the local sign-in storage described above.
